It’s a jam-packed sports day in Trinidad and Tobago today with new sports FAST5 Netball and Cycling - Track getting underway, the conclusion of the Rugby Sevens competition and more medals available in Swimming and Athletics, all kicking off with the Triathlon  mixed relay event.

Athletics and Para Athletics continue at the Hasely Crawford Stadium, with nine gold medals up for grabs.

Beach Volleyball - Black Rock, Tobago

The competition moves into the quarter-final stage for both men and women.

Rugby Sevens - Shaw Park Cultural Complex, Tobago

The medallists will be decided on the final day of action, with Fiji’s men and Australia’s women topping the pool games..

Triathlon - Buccoo Beach, Tobago

The Triathlon comes to a close at Buccoo Beach, with the exciting mixed relay over the super-sprint distance.

Cycling - Track - National Cycling Velodrome, Trinidad

Only session: 1pm - 3pm (local time)

Cycling - Track makes its first appearance at the Games, with one medal event, the women's points race, rounding out the opening day.
