DAY 4 PREVIEW: A blockbuster of a day at Trinbago 2023
It’s a jam-packed sports day in Trinidad and Tobago today with new sports FAST5 Netball and Cycling - Track getting underway, the conclusion of the Rugby Sevens competition and more medals available in Swimming and Athletics, all kicking off with the Triathlon mixed relay event.

Cycling - Track makes its first appearance at the Games, with one medal event, the women's points race, rounding out the opening day.
