An abundance of medals are up for grabs on the penultimate day of action at Trinbago 2023, with the Swimming competition concluding close and more action to enjoy across the twin islands.

Athletics - Port of Spain, Trinidad

Athletics and Para Athletics continue at the Hasely Crawford Stadium.
There are seven medal events in the evening, including the finals of the women’s 100m hurdles and the men’s 110m hurdles.
Beach Volleyball - Black Rock, Tobago
Session 1: 9.00 - 12.20 (local time)

It's semi-finals day at the Beach Volleyball, with the women’s matches between Kenya and Canada and Australia and New Zealand taking place at 10.00.
Cyprus meet Canada and England take on New Zealand in the men’s competition, with both fixtures starting at 12.00.
Swimming - National Aquatics Centre, Trinidad
Session 1: 10.00 - 12.20 (local time)
Session 2: 18.00 - 19.44 (local time)
The final swimming medals will be awarded at the National Aquatics Centre, with seven more gold medals to be decided. The action concludes with the mixed 4x400m individual medley.
